After arranging the original documents chronologically, the exhibition "The Longest Journey" structures its narrative around the stages common to every voyage of exploration: dreaming, departing, exploring, reaching the destination, returning, and transforming the known world. Through direct testimonies from protagonists such as Magellan, Elcano, or Pigafetta, the exhibition narrative constructs a great logbook that guides the visitor along the route of the first circumnavigation and allows an understanding of the adventure through the voices of those who made it possible.
