"The Machados. A Family Portrait" offers an intimate and collective view of the Machado family, spanning several generations to show how the familial, intellectual, and emotional environment influenced the work of Antonio and Manuel Machado. Through manuscripts, letters, photographs, and personal objects, the exhibition contextualizes their literary creation within the cultural and social history of their time, highlighting the family ties and shared heritage that shaped their trajectory.
